TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Ħal Qormi, Malta (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Provide guidance to players regarding responsible gaming concerns via email and phone.
  • Investigate source of funds and wealth while performing enhanced due diligence.
  • Monitor player activity to identify and mitigate potential problem gambling behaviors.
  • Handle escalated player complaints and sensitive interactions with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Customer Support teams to maintain high standards.
  • Contribute to process improvements and report on responsible gambling trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of responsible gambling principles and player protection frameworks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as UKGC and MGA.
  • Excellent communication skills for handling sensitive and distressed customers.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in dedicated Responsible Gambling or Safer Gambling teams.
  • Experience with RG monitoring systems and risk segmentation models.
