What you will do

• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive load, stress, and scalability test plans.
• Analyze Java application performance at architecture and code levels to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Design and implement optimizations to enhance system throughput and stability.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure high availability across distributed systems.
• Develop internal tools for automated performance monitoring and issue analysis.
• Review and validate AI-generated code to ensure it meets production performance and quality standards.

Requirements

• Deep proficiency in Java application performance analysis and JVM-level tuning.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting microservice performance issues in production.
• Practical experience with performance engineering tools such as K6 or JMeter.
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including query optimization.
• Solid Linux skills for system-level troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with middleware such as Kafka, Redis, and RabbitMQ.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Hands-on experience with observability stacks like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with APM tools such as SkyWalking or Jaeger.
