What you will do

• Review and interpret global client documentation such as contracts, budgets, and amendments.
• Extract and configure client data into payable activities from source documents.
• Collaborate with business partners to verify data interpretation and resolve configuration issues.
• Maintain internal KPIs and adhere to client-driven SLAs.
• Partner with Product and IT teams to identify and implement platform enhancements.
• Support Client Delivery in establishing and maintaining positive client relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in Romania.
• 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• Experience with contract management (preferred).
• Strong ability to dissect clinical trial financial documents and identify payable activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
