What you will do

• Evaluate and iterate on new game ideas and submitted game designs to refine them into polished products.
• Build, adapt, and document physical prototypes, involving practical assembly and iteration.
• Organize and facilitate playtesting sessions, translating feedback into actionable improvements.
• Create and adjust game assets, rules, and UI components using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Define the tactile table presence of products and collaborate with production on components and materials.
• Work across editorial, graphics, marketing, and production teams to align mechanics and user experience.

Requirements

• Deep passion for games with knowledge of game mechanics, balance, and player psychology.
• Ability to create prototype mockups using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Structured and detail-oriented approach with strong self-management skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Hvidovre, Denmark.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the Danish language.
• Basic knowledge of graphical design.
