What you will do

• Improve custom configurations for 1C:Accounting 3.0 and 1С ERP.
• Develop new modules, reports, extensions, and tools to automate business processes.
• Integrate 1C software with the company's main web product.
• Refactor existing code for optimization using the latest 1C platform tools.
• Maintain and support current 1C infrastructure across 16 databases.
• Provide technical consultation for the finance department.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 1C developer at a Middle+ level.
• Deep knowledge of ERP World Edition, 1C:Accounting, and 1C:Trade management configurations.
• Proficiency with managed forms and development in the Configurator.
• Experience working with 1C Integration Bus and Apache Kafka.
• Experience with international accounting and localizations, specifically for Kazakhstan and Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience utilizing AI tools in development.
