What you will do

• Design and execute daily events and promotional initiatives to drive business KPIs.
• Monitor campaign outcomes in real-time and optimize in-game economy and sales content.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to deliver monthly events across all platforms.
• Prepare performance reports for senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with game designers to develop new features that enhance player engagement and LTV.
• Take full ownership of monetization-related KPIs and business growth objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a monetization-focused role within the gaming industry.
• Strong understanding of LiveOps, free-to-play economies, and pricing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of game KPIs and business metrics.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical or product requirements.
