What you will do

• Greet guests with hospitality and manage the store's daily workflow.
• Present repair solutions clearly and effectively to guests.
• Communicate vehicle status updates throughout the repair process.

• Coordinate customer service activities and assist team members as needed.
• Ensure all repairs meet proper specifications.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, Colorado
• Current driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in an automotive customer service, service writer, or sales role.
• Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.
• Ability to lift and carry objects over 50 lbs.
