What you will do

• Create high-quality, character-focused promotional art packages for marketing campaigns and product updates.
• Collaborate with marketing and art leadership to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and game aesthetics.
• Balance planned work with emergent marketing opportunities, proposing trade-offs and communicating feasibility.
• Blend and paint over 3D renders to create cohesive, polished single images.

Requirements

• 2D art background with a style compatible with Hello Kitty Island Adventure's marketing initiatives.
• Strong eye for composition, lighting, and color storytelling.
• Proficiency in graphic design to create visually balanced and harmonious compositions.
• Ability to quickly synthesize game art style and brand guidelines and respond to feedback.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Availability during standard US Mountain Time business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with 3D and Unity for manipulating in-game assets for 2D images.
• Deep understanding of kawaii aesthetics and cozy game marketing trends.
• Ability to break down 2D assets into layered pieces for animation software like Spine.
• Skilled in logo design and visual identity.
