What you will do

• Manage the full software development life cycle for secure, high-performance Android applications.
• Develop and enhance app features based on business needs and technical designs.
• Collaborate with architects, testers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and create technical designs.
• Mentor other developers and ensure high-quality code standards through thorough code reviews.
• Write unit and functional tests and assist QA with automation test delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in native Android development using Java and Kotlin.
• Expertise in MVVM and modern Android architecture patterns.
• Proficiency in secure coding practices and encryption frameworks (HTTPS, TLS, SHA-256, CBC).
• Strong communication skills for planning, documentation, and collaboration.
• Ability to work remotely from any country.

Nice to have

• Experience with third-party device integration (watches, payment terminals, etc.).
• Understanding of client-server full-stack architecture.
• Understanding of Pub/Sub and Producer/Consumer messaging patterns.
