What you will do

• Develop and ship high-quality iOS applications for hirify.global Drive and hirify.global VPN.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define and implement exceptional user experiences at scale.
• Build and maintain scalable, testable, and maintainable mobile architectures.
• Mentor other engineers and elevate the technical standards within the team.
• Work on technically ambitious products with a strong focus on privacy and security.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building and shipping high-quality iOS applications.
• Strong expertise in mobile architectures, concurrency, and mobile memory management.
• Ability to work across large codebases and collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
• Experience mentoring engineers and raising the technical bar.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Vilnius office.

Nice to have

• Experience with privacy, security, encryption, sync systems, or offline-first architectures.
• Experience with Rust.
