TL;DR

Engagement Specialist (Legaltech): Supporting Strategic Accounts Engagement directors and managers to ensure high client service and value realization for major law firms and financial services clients with an accent on usage monitoring and client health. Focus on translating complex data into strategic presentations (QBRs), managing client feedback loops, and maintaining high-stakes professional relationships.

Location: On-site in London (5 days a week)

What you will do

• Monitor usage trends and customer health signals to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
• Channel client feedback to internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Enablement) and manage communication loops.
• Track client feature requests against the development roadmap and provide proactive updates.
• Develop high-quality content and presentations for QBRs and strategic engagement meetings.
• Analyze complex law firm data and translate it into meaningful strategic updates.
• Manage calendars and organizational tasks to ensure the Strategic Engagement Accounts team operates efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience working within MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) and startup environments.
• Ability to operate at pace and deliver under pressure in senior client rooms.
• Strong organizational skills and experience in upward management.
• Capacity to quickly learn and implement new internal systems and CRM tools.
• Must be based in London and able to work on-site 5 days a week.
• High attention to detail and a growth mindset.
