What you will do

• Build and ship high-quality, privacy-first iOS applications across the hirify.global product suite.
• Design and maintain scalable, testable, and performant mobile architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to raising the technical standards of the team.
• Navigate technical ambiguity and participate in high-level product and architecture discussions.
• Integrate platform-independent Rust logic into iOS applications via generic interfaces.

Requirements

• Must be based in Geneva for in-person collaboration.
• Extensive experience in building and shipping high-quality iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile performance, concurrency, and memory management.
• Proven ability to build maintainable and scalable mobile architectures.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
• Comfortable working within large, complex codebases.

Nice to have

• Experience with privacy, security, encryption, or offline-first architectures.
• Proficiency in Rust.
