What you will do

• Manage sectional operations for Supply Chain and Accounts Payable functions.
• Oversee control, quality, and turnaround times to meet SLA targets.
• Lead, coach, and provide feedback to Associates.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Review business processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Handle customer queries and maintain supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cape Town, South Africa.
• Work Schedule: Ability to work night shifts according to US operational hours.
• 2-3 years of proven operational experience.
• Matric/Grade 12 qualification; a post-matric qualification in Accounting and Finance is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
