What you will do
- Design and implement cheminformatics algorithms to accelerate new ingredient discovery.
- Develop and optimize machine learning solutions using Python and core data science libraries.
- Apply advanced neural network architectures to solve complex ingredient modeling challenges.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain scalable machine learning workflows on cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with chemists, biologists, and perfumers to translate scientific needs into user-friendly tools.
- Drive innovation by staying current with emerging trends in generative AI and cloud-native systems.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in Cheminformatics, Computational Chemistry, Computer Science, or AI.
- 2–5 years of academic or industry experience in cheminformatics or computational chemistry.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and ML libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong expertise in cheminformatics tools such as RDKit.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and modern development practices like Git and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex models and drive adoption.
