• Support quantitative and qualitative data collection and field visits for programmes in the South.
• Implement systematic MEAL approaches to track programme outputs and outcomes.
• Manage data effectively for reporting and learning purposes.
• Ensure programme activities align with hirify.global’s minimum standards.
• Collaborate with partner teams to coordinate MEAL system implementation.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience working with communities in humanitarian contexts.
• Experience working with refugee and migrant populations.
• Previous experience working in partnership with national organizations.
• Willingness to work in insecure environments with high adaptability.
