What you will do

• Manage global air and hotel reservations for team members across various countries.
• Research and secure the most cost-effective travel deals and exclusive rates.
• Handle reservation changes, cancellations, and unexpected logistical adjustments.
• Coordinate ground logistics, including airport, hotel, and event transfers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for travelers before, during, and after their trips.

Requirements

• Proven experience in booking international flights and hotels with knowledge of global routing and fare structures.
• Hands-on expertise with GDS (Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre, or Galileo).
• Proficiency in Jira or similar task-tracking systems for managing internal requests.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Riga office 2–3 times a week.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
