• Set strict control over procedural deadlines
• Systematize 12 years of company experience into a knowledge base
• Create dashboards for business owner
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in B2B service automation or legal firms
• Expertise in modern CRM and project management systems
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and train team
