What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of systematic MEAL approaches for Lebanon programs.
• Provide technical support and tools to hirify.global and partner teams to track outputs and outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, and present quantitative and qualitative data for reporting and learning purposes.
• Ensure program activities align with hirify.global minimum standards.
• Manage data effectively to drive program quality and implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Demonstrable experience in gathering, analyzing, and presenting quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency with computerized systems such as Survey CTO or Power BI.
• High degree of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office and Excel.
