What you will do

• Drive people strategy and ensure full compliance with local labor laws across multiple locations in the Middle East and Africa.
• Support managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and investigations.
• Act as a primary liaison with works councils and trade unions.
• Oversee operational HR processes and implement strategic initiatives to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Phoenix, Mauritius.
• Proven experience in a senior HR or People & Culture role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance within the Middle East and Africa region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations and union/works council interactions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
