What you will do

• Learn to prepare and fit various 4x4 vehicle options according to procedure manuals.
• Utilize precision tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify mechanical dimensions.
• Collaborate with senior fitters and team leaders to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain accurate productivity records using digital tools.
• Build a professional portfolio to meet NVQ qualification criteria.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and PPE standards at all times.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Gibraltar
• English: Written and spoken proficiency is essential
• Passion for vehicle engineering and mechanical work
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team or independently
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including late shifts or weekends as required
• Commitment to quality standards and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Previous technical knowledge in the automotive industry
• Existing Engineering NVQs or relevant GCSEs
• Clean motor vehicle driving license
• Spanish language proficiency
