What you will do

• Support global and market-level tech teams with early-lifecycle initiatives and strategic planning.
• Drive cross-functional projects where ownership is not clearly defined within the BAU organization.
• Contribute to the evolution of the overall technology strategy as the company scales.
• Create business cases, define KPIs, and support the linkage of initiatives to value creation.
• Participate in technology-related M&A activities and partnership development.
• Facilitate governance processes, including market-level SteerCos and board material preparation.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Stockholm, Sweden
• Background in management consulting or strategy/transformation with a focus on digital/technology.
• Experience driving strategic project execution in a technology environment, scale-up, or innovation hub.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product development dynamics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tooling such as Claude and Lovable.
