TL;DR

Corporate Communications Manager (Fintech): Acting as a trusted advisor to the Greater China General Manager and Management Team on communication effectiveness with an accent on driving the Bank’s story through compelling content. Focus on building external media relationships, managing internal engagement programs, and promoting the Bank’s leadership in sustainability and innovation.

Location: Must be based in Hong Kong (On-site)

What you will do

  • Produce internal content to keep employees informed and connected to the Bank’s mission and values.
  • Spearhead local internal communication initiatives, including articles, blogs, and townhalls.
  • Develop and execute external communication strategies to profile the Bank’s leadership in food and agribusiness.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with media to deliver press releases and speaking opportunities.
  • Design and implement CSR activities, staff engagement, and recognition programs.
  • Support key stakeholders in drafting high-level presentations and announcements.

Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven experience dealing with C-Suite stakeholders.
  • Solid written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Good knowledge of the financial industry.
  • Understanding of diverse Asian cultures.

Nice to have

  • Mandarin language proficiency.
  • Dutch language proficiency.
