People Operations Specialist

Omniva is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join its People & Culture team in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, leveraging AI and automation, and creating a smooth employee experience across the organization.
What you’ll do:
— ensure a seamless and transparent employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
— maintain accurate People data and HR documentation
— support managers and employees with practical HR guidance
— challenge existing processes and propose smarter, more efficient solutions
— improve onboarding, employee lifecycle, and People Operations processes
— identify and implement AI-powered and automation solutions to reduce manual work
— work with HR systems and people data to improve operational efficiency
What they’re looking for:
— strong process improvement and analytical skills
— experience with or strong interest in AI tools, automation, and workflow optimization
— ownership mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
— experience working with HRIS or similar systems
— excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
— ability to learn quickly, experiment, and turn ideas into action
— fluent English and Lithuanian
