What you will do

• Design and oversee finance operation data architecture covering procurement, payments, and vendor/client information.
• Engineer and maintain API connections between Jira Service Management (JSM) and core platforms to create a single source of truth.
• Lead the automation of finance operations, including ingestion pipelines, data standardization, and reconciliation.
• Implement end-to-end workflows on JSM across Finance, HR, Legal, and IT departments.
• Roll out automated reporting solutions and dashboards for commercial decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools for anomaly detection, classification, and predictive insights.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in JSM implementation, system/API integration, and enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including transaction flows and reconciliation in multi-system environments.
• Proficiency in data architecture, modeling, and pipeline concepts within cloud-based environments.
• Experience implementing automation solutions such as OCR and workflow tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance for sensitive financial data.

• Successful JSM implementation experience in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge and experience in IT Project Management.
