What you will do

• Develop and maintain product strategy and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog to reflect customer needs and business priorities.
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and key documentation for the development team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to make strategic trade-off decisions.
• Review and validate product increments to ensure they meet quality and stakeholder requirements.
• Facilitate daily and weekly meetings with the development team to ensure progress and vision alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital product development and lifecycle management.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles and their practical application.
• Thai native with high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and refine the product backlog.

Nice to have

• Scrum Product Owner (CSPO or A-CSPO) certification.
• Experience with product analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with testing and quality assurance processes.
