What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX strategy and design across SAP S/4HANA and BTP solutions.
• Define and govern UI/UX architecture aligned to SAP Fiori design principles.
• Facilitate design thinking workshops with business stakeholders to redefine user interactions.
• Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Drive adoption of Fiori apps, UX personas, and role-based design.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to ensure consistency across design systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP Fiori, Fiori Launchpad, and SAP UI5.
• Experience with SAP BTP UX services and SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Ability to define end-to-end UX architecture.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Location: Must be based within Australia.

Nice to have

• Experience across Public and Private Cloud SAP environments.
• Exposure to BTP extensions (CAP, UI5, Fiori Elements).
• Experience with mobile UX or field workforce solutions.
