What you will do

• Rapidly generate and finalize high-quality visual assets and cinematic video elements.
• Apply deep artistic foundations to ensure AI-generated outputs meet premium game-industry standards.
• Experiment with the latest AI image and video generation solutions to push production boundaries.
• Provide actionable feedback to the internal tools team to optimize proprietary workflows.
• Ensure visual outputs are optimized and viable for real-time game engine environments.
• Collaborate autonomously across engineering, design, and art disciplines.

Requirements

• Mastery of current Gen AI tools including Midjourney, Stable Diffusion XL/3, Runway Gen-3, Sora, or equivalents.
• Strong educational or professional background in traditional/digital art (composition, lighting, color theory).
• Prior game industry experience with a focus on asset production (texturing, UI, environments).
• Technical agility to overcome generation limitations and achieve specific visual goals.
• High degree of proactivity and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• "Vibe Coding" ability: using LLMs and natural language to create quick scripts or automation tools.
