What you will do

• Design, implement, and support AVEVA PI System solutions for real-time data projects.
• Configure PI Server, PI Asset Framework (AF), PI Vision, Interfaces, and Connectors.
• Develop PI AF models, templates, and calculations to support specific business use cases.
• Deploy PI Vision dashboards for operations, engineering, and management teams.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and troubleshoot PI infrastructure issues.
• Integrate manufacturing equipment, SCADA/DCS, and MES into the PI System.

Requirements

• Proficiency in PI AF, PI Vision, PI Interfaces, and PI Data Archive.
• Experience integrating manufacturing equipment and systems (SCADA/DCS, MES) into PI.
• Strong knowledge of regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing and GxP requirements.
• Proven experience ensuring compliance with ALCOA+, Part 11, and Annex 11 standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in process-data analytics.
