What you will do

• Identify and reach out to publications and listicles to improve hirify.global's visibility in AI search results.
• Audit third-party coverage to ensure accuracy and request necessary updates.
• Track outreach efforts and measure shifts in brand visibility.
• Source and manage branded event giveaways, vendors, and budgets.
• Coordinate event materials, signage, and booth assets to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide logistical support for events across North America and EMEA.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or business.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across different time zones.
• Familiarity with AI search and LLM-based discovery mechanisms.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to independent and team-based work.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours for event coordination across time zones.
