What you will do

  • Provide analytical support by interpreting project data and assessing the outcomes of MHPSS interventions.
  • Develop methodological approaches for delivering psychosocial support and establishing safe learning environments.
  • Design cross-sectoral referral systems and integrated supervision models for school-based psychological services.
  • Create practical tools, guidelines, and resources for school staff, psychologists, and education stakeholders.
  • Design and deliver training programs and capacity-building initiatives for educators and caregivers.
  • Document best practices and disseminate project results through reports and publications.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, education, social work, or public administration.
  • At least five years of professional experience in mental health, psychosocial support, or education systems.
  • Proven experience developing analytical, methodological, or training materials.
  • Experience collaborating with government institutions and education stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed, inclusive, and cross-sectoral MHPSS approaches in crisis contexts.
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
