What you will do

  • Handle inbound and outbound client phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Resolve technical problems and answer product/service questions.
  • Document solutions and customer issues for internal and external clients.
  • Interpret customer requests and coordinate responses with Sales and other internal departments.
  • Support customers across multiple channels simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collect customer feedback for Product management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years of call center customer support experience.
  • Advanced English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Salesforce.com proficiency.
  • PC, Microsoft Office, and internet knowledge.
  • Ability to document issues in detail and establish procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
