What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound client phone calls and email inquiries.
- Resolve technical problems and answer product/service questions.
- Document solutions and customer issues for internal and external clients.
- Interpret customer requests and coordinate responses with Sales and other internal departments.
- Support customers across multiple channels simultaneously while maintaining high service quality.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collect customer feedback for Product management.
Requirements
- High School Diploma.
- 2+ years of call center customer support experience.
- Advanced English language skills (verbal and written).
- Salesforce.com proficiency.
- PC, Microsoft Office, and internet knowledge.
- Ability to document issues in detail and establish procedures to ensure client satisfaction.
