What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET (C#) and frontend interfaces using React or Angular.
• Write and optimize complex SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate the system with third-party platforms.
• Develop and support HL7 interfaces for seamless healthcare data exchange between clinical and administrative systems.
• Deploy and manage applications using Microsoft Azure services including App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Functions.
• Support claims processing workflows and ensure high data integrity across the claims lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development roles.
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and at least one frontend framework (React or Angular).
• Solid experience with SQL Server database design and query optimization.
• Experience with healthcare data standards, specifically HL7 messaging (ADT, ORM, ORU, etc.).
• Understanding of claims processing concepts, including 837/835 transactions and adjudication workflows.
• Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, monitoring, and DevOps pipelines.
• Exposure to FHIR or other modern healthcare interoperability standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security best practices.
