Senior AI Engineer (Medtech): Designing and implementing the After Sales AI Strategy for dental and hearing professionals with an accent on agentic systems and scalable automation. Location: Hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine

What you will do
- Lead the integration of external AI tools to deliver measurable business impact.
- Design and productionize sophisticated chat and voice agents featuring LLM reasoning and TTS integration.
- Architect scalable workflows to streamline operations and drive efficiency across the organization.
- Take full end-to-end ownership of the AI product lifecycle, from concept and design to production and maintenance.
- Empower internal teams by providing training to maximize the adoption of custom AI solutions.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in CS, Data Science, ML, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in Software Engineering or AI/ML development.
- Proven track record of shipping and supporting AI solutions in production.
- Deep hands-on experience with Agentic Systems, prompt engineering, tool-use (function calling), and RAG integration.
- Strong Python skills with FastAPI or Flask.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine
Nice to have
- Knowledge of MCP server protocols.
- Familiarity with CX platforms like Genesys.
- Experience with Data environments such as Databricks or Palantir.
- Experience with Voice synthesis tools like ElevenLabs.
