What you will do

• Plan, prepare, implement, and evaluate training courses for radar operators and technicians.
• Lead training sessions for the GlobalEye airborne surveillance system.
• Strengthen customer operational capabilities through targeted instruction and guidance.
• Collaborate with systems engineering and human factors specialists to optimize system performance.
• Report observations and propose improvements for the mission system based on trainer feedback.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international customers.

Requirements

• University engineering degree with pedagogy or a professional background from the Swedish Air Force.
• Experience as a Command & Control (C2) operator or radar technician (GlobalEye, C2STRIC, or similar).
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel internationally, including assignments of 1–3 weeks.
• Ability to pass security vetting based on current security protection regulations.
• Pedagogical mindset with the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
