What you will do
- Manage and develop relationships with an active client base.
- Identify client needs and guide them through the platform's features.
- Consult clients on payments for additional products.
- Handle challenging situations to reduce churn and improve client retention.
- Maintain CRM documentation and reports.
- Negotiate and conclude service agreements.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Strong computer literacy and experience working with CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- English: B1 level or higher.
Nice to have
- Experience with subscription-based services or digital products.
- Knowledge of the Armenian language.
