Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Lead all client communications and serve as the primary point of contact for program-level topics.
• Drive program planning, coordination, and reporting to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Track program-level KPIs, delivery metrics, budgets, and capacity utilization.
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies, managing backlog health, and coaching teams toward higher Agile maturity.
• Identify and manage risks and issues at both team and program levels, ensuring roadmap visibility.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to promote iterative thinking and continuous delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading IT projects and programs.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-team Agile programs with international clients.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the software development life cycle.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Must be based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, or Serbia.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PSM, or CSM.
• Previous technical experience as a Software Developer, QA, or Technical Consultant.
• Experience with Agile coaching or process improvement initiatives.
