Location: Hybrid (Bratislava, Slovakia). Home office possible 2 days a week.

Salary: 2,000–3,000 EUR/month (Basic gross)

What you will do

• Lead daily transport and logistics operations, including strategy, RFQs, and execution for various projects.
• Select, negotiate, and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineering, and customs compliance to meet transport requirements.
• Resolve customs issues, improve logistics processes, and ensure overall supply chain efficiency.
• Provide logistics insights for project budgeting and contribute to dispute resolution and claim management.

Requirements

• Experience in transport execution, preferably within EPC projects or similar sectors.
• Working experience in international logistics across multiple regions (e.g., Asia, Europe, and the Americas).
• Higher education in transport, logistics, or supply chain management.
• English: minimum B2 level required.
• Strong negotiation skills and high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German.
