TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Gibraltar Office). Must be in the office 4 days a week.

What you will do
- Provide onsite technical support for users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and provide necessary user training on IT applications.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity problems.
- Manage user accounts and document all support cases through to resolution.
- Contribute to various IT projects and company-wide technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Ability to be in the office 4 days a week in Gibraltar.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Nice to have
- Experience with networking concepts and protocols.
- Knowledge of command line scripting using Bash or PowerShell.
