What you will do

• Define and drive the maintenance strategy to reduce unplanned downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance plans based on root cause analysis.
• Track and improve maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, TD, TOD, PR) to optimize overall site performance.
• Deploy Lean/TPM methodologies to improve industrial performance and reduce losses.
• Lead, organize, and develop maintenance teams while supervising contractor interventions.
• Manage investment and equipment installation projects from commissioning to ramp-up.

Requirements

• Master's or Engineering degree in Maintenance or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Maintenance Manager position.
• Strong experience in the FMCG sector, ideally within the dairy processing industry.
• Advanced expertise in industrial performance management and maintenance KPIs.
• Ensured adherence to QHSE standards and compliance with HACCP and GMP regulations.
