What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and lead the QA team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy, methodologies, and tools to ensure high-quality releases.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the development lifecycle to enhance efficiency.
• Oversee the creation and execution of detailed test plans for both manual and automated testing.
• Establish defect management processes and collaborate with developers for timely resolution.
• Conduct risk assessments and generate testing metrics for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in testing server-side applications.
• English: Intermediate (B1) required.
• Proficiency in API testing (Postman, SOAPUI), SQL, and Version Control Systems (Git, SVN).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab, Travis CI) and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency in bug tracking systems (Jira) and logging systems (ELK Stack, Graylog, Splunk, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Programming skills in Java, Python, or C#, including scripting for task automation.
