What you will do

• Coordinate IT GRC initiatives across financial entities to ensure regulatory and security compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Audit to implement controls.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT risk management processes, including risk assessments and control testing.
• Act as a liaison for internal and external audits, including ISO and OJK regulatory submissions.
• Monitor the effectiveness of security controls on critical systems and vendors.
• Facilitate technical evidence gathering for regulatory requirements and ensure timely closure of audit findings.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and OJK regulations.
• Proven experience handling internal and external audits and evidence preparation.
• Ability to assess and improve IT controls and compliance documentation.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Must be based in Jakarta for this on-site role.
