What you will do

  • Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities within the website funnel.
  • Optimize user journeys by analyzing behavioral data and monitoring key performance metrics.
  • Conduct market and user research to translate customer needs into actionable product initiatives.
  • Drive initiatives from discovery to delivery in collaboration with design, development, and marketing teams.
  • Manage the website roadmap and align sprint priorities with evolving business goals.
  • Collaborate with CRO, SEO, and data teams to ensure measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager for user-facing digital products.
  • Proven ability to drive product initiatives independently from discovery to delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using metrics, funnels, and KPIs.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with developers, designers, and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with data and task management tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or Jira.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
