TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop educational materials, presentations, and training programs for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute medical strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Contribute medical insights to market access strategies, including health economics, reimbursement, and pricing.
  • Provide product and therapeutic training in transplantology and neonatology for office staff and sales representatives.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to gather feedback and endorsements.
  • Consult and proofread promotional materials to ensure medical accuracy.

Requirements

  • University degree in medicine, biology, biotechnology, psychology, or pharmacy.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Medical Advisor or similar role.
  • Knowledge of transplantology and neonatology therapeutic areas.
  • Working knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, and the EMA Code of Practice.
  • Understanding of phase II/III/IV clinical study management and the National Health System (NHS).
  • Fluent English and local language (Czech or Slovak).
