What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and React.
• Lead and mentor a development team while improving engineering practices.
• Drive technical discussions and contribute to high-level architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack.
• Take ownership of features and deliver end-to-end solutions independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience in Java.
• Strong proficiency with Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript and React.
• Expertise in API design and complex SQL query optimization.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel abroad for business trips.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS integrations, CAMARA, and GSMA standards.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and performance tuning.
