What you will do

• Assist with UX strategy by aligning design vision with business goals.
• Conduct user research including usability testing, interviews, and field observations.
• Define navigation, structure, and hierarchy through user stories, journey mapping, and process flows.
• Design user experiences through wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and storyboards.
• Ensure designs comply with accessibility guidelines.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to advocate for the user.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in researching and designing user experience solutions.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of responsive design, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Knowledge of web accessibility compliance standards.
• Ability to work on problems of moderate scope and build productive working relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience within the Financial Industry.
• CUA certification.
