What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution for the company’s global cross-border payments business.
• Develop and manage partnerships with banks, payment service providers, e-wallets, remittance companies, and other financial institutions.
• Expand payment corridors across collections, payouts, remittance, fiat on/off ramp, and stablecoin payment solutions.
• Drive development of global fiat and digital asset payment networks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk to deliver scalable payment solutions.
• Oversee payment operations, settlement, liquidity management, and transaction performance; ensure AML/KYC and sanctions compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• 10+ years of experience in payments, banking, fintech, remittance, or digital asset industries.
• Strong experience in cross-border payments, remittance, e-wallets, payment infrastructure, or crypto payment ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of banking partnerships, settlement, treasury flows, and payment operations.
• Familiarity with payment licensing, AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Fluent English communication skills.
