What you will do

• Develop program analysis tools to improve security across hirify.global's OS stack, including user space, kernel, and firmware environments.
• Design and implement features to prevent classes of errors and automate the adoption of safe programming models.
• Manage the end-to-end engineering lifecycle, including feature planning, design, implementation, testing, and rollout strategy.
• Collaborate with operating system and security teams to enhance software reliability and stability.
• Mentor junior engineers and help team members grow their technical skills.
• Represent hirify.global within the Clang/LLVM open source community.

Requirements

• Experience developing compiler or static analysis tools (e.g., compiler frontends, refactoring tools, software verification tools).
• Proficiency in C++ development.
• Strong software engineering, testing, and debugging abilities.
• Interest in systems-level programming and security.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with static analysis techniques such as data flow analysis, abstract interpretation, or symbolic execution.
