Customer Service and Rebate Processing Supervisor (Clean Energy)

Salary: $18–$20/hour

What you will do

• Manage daily staff activities to achieve same-day rebate processing and first-call resolution for customer service calls.
• Monitor call quality and provide regular feedback and coaching to staff to reach processing and data entry goals.
• Handle customer escalations to achieve immediate resolution.
• Develop and deliver successful plans to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Test customer service databases and processes prior to program launches and changes.
• Evaluate current procedures and collaborate with internal teams to implement continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center environments.
• Proven experience in managing, coaching, and training others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
