What you will do

• Provide strategic operational leadership across all aspects of Kitchen and Marketplace operations.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of associates and supervisors, including performance management.
• Maintain financial reporting for forecasting, labor, food costs, and revenue.
• Partner with Supply Chain and purveyors to ensure accurate ordering and sourcing of materials and ingredients.
• Oversee the Marketplace team and perform weekly inventory counts.
• Ensure full compliance with Food Safety and Sustainability policies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience in Food Manufacturing or high-volume commercial kitchens.
• In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
• Servsafe certification or willingness to complete it upon hiring.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Spreadsheets).
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity.
• Conversational Spanish is strongly preferred.
