Visual Designer (Web)

TL;DR

Location: San Jose, Costa Rica. Must work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Create and update digital assets for websites and product pages.
• Maintain and optimize existing websites and digital experiences.
• Design brand-aligned layouts, banners, and visual elements.
• Optimize visual assets using Photoshop and other design tools.
• Collaborate with developers and marketers to deliver project assets.
• Build and organize reusable components and design files in Figma.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital, web, or graphic design.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, with ability to work onsite 3+ days/week.
• Strong portfolio of digital and web design projects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, or Premiere.
• Experience with international clients or global teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools.
